WORKPLACE SERVICES, EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE, WELL BEING PARTNERS
The environment that we work in is more than just space. It’s a culture, it is a brand, it represents our people and what they do. That’s why it is important that where we work and how we work align.
Founded in 2021, Workplace Convergence is a niche boutique consulting firm anchored in traditional Corporate Real Estate with a specialty in well being and creating environments to allow companies to thrive and grow.
Workplace Convergence's mission is to be a catalyst for employee experience transformation through workplace modernization and the creation of a strong connection between the work we do, the environments that we work in and the well-being we create.
We believe a fractionalized support model can provide benefits in start up, hyper growth, and companies thinking of how to maintain culture in times of downsizing.
We believe that creating environments where employees can bring their authentic self and that are centered in employee
well-being are essential for organizational success.
